Mr. Abosharr has been one of the most compassionate and professional nurses I have ever encountered. His ability to anticipate my needs before I was even aware of them was amazing and very much appreciated.
As a night nurse, his check-in on me was so quiet I barely knew he was there. He knew my needs and arrived exactly at the needed time. He is efficient, caring, professional, and demonstrated the utmost compassion.
In order to make sure his patients had a smooth transition from day care to night care, he always came early - to say hello and ask if anything was needed before the shift and roster of patients placed time constraints. He never made me feel that he was rushed and to the contrary, each patient felt as if he was the only one for him individually.
I enthusiastically and gratefully nominate him for a DAISY Award for being an extraordinary nurse at all times during both of my stays in the acute care facility. Huge thanks!
