Bedour pacifies their frustrations; she explains to them the situation that calms them down, and also she promptly assists those who need immediate care as a priority.
Bedour is not only a nurse. She is a family, a friend. All they love her. She is the soul of the Blood Extraction, ACS. God give her long days. She deserves this gift. I want to thank his efforts and sincerity. I ask God to save her, give her blessings. Thank you, and I appreciate you. She is cooperative. She deserves this appreciation from the DAISY Award for the perfect dealing with all, from patients to the staff and visitors. I wish her luck and good health.

Her services to the patients, relatives, and staff (that includes doctors, nurses, and cleaners…from the highest to the lowest in the rank) go on ever since this time and are consistent without expectations for decades. She is the type who would not let anyone who came to him empty-handed. She makes sure that even at extreme measures, she finds a way to solve, be it because of the lack of supply for a procedure that cannot be performed on one patient or because of a missed or misunderstood date of attending an appointment. It is her mission to make sure that something is done to solve and resolve an issue or concern, and that is how she has helped without expectations over the years. Fortunately, because of her pure intentions, she was able to always make things possible. Even for example, when a blood c/s reagent cannot be found for the patient, she magically provides it so that the patient will not leave it unattended. There were several cases in which patients’ appointments were jeopardized by errors in MRN, she assisted them in sorting it out by herself to the medical records so that patient would not miss their treatment. In this instance, she could have left them by themselves to solve the matter, but her conscience did not allow that to happen. He says she feels for them, especially when they come from far, spending their way to the hospital, and on top of that, their treatment should not be delayed. She moves mountains if only to help and make them better.

There were instances when the patients we served grew impatient, especially in those times when they came in hundreds, the area became crowded, the incidents of shouting from irritation, heat, and their illnesses came in the way. Bedour pacifies their frustrations; she explains to them the situation that calms them down, and also she promptly assists those who need immediate care as a priority. With her around we also feel safe from aggressive patients, at the same time patients are also guaranteed of their safety and satisfaction. Her gentle manner prevents them from becoming angry and berserk. She is very welcoming to the patients, which makes them comforted, especially to the first-timers who are strangers to our hospital. Knowing that our place is huge and it takes a long distance for ill patients to visit treatment facilities, she hails for the golf cart so they can be transferred to their respective facilities to complete their treatment. I also observed her on several occasions reaching for her pocket to provide financial assistance to our patients, who are the poorest of the poor and cannot go home because they do not even have money for a taxi. All these are her untold stories that speak of her purest service to our patients and staff. She is a true DAISY Nurse.
***
In terms of our unit activities, she is very cooperative, respectful, and helpful to all. She stays enthusiastic to all that we do. Similarly, she is very resourceful to our needs and will always find a way to provide those needed materials whenever we have activities. She is the first to arrive and the last to go home. Whenever anyone from us is sick, she never misses to check on us. She puts effort into making us one in our unit, especially the new one, and she makes sure there is no animosity among us.
