I'm blind, and at breakfast, Belinda would go and tell me where everything was and how it was laid out. She would even add sugar to my coffee. It was just so many little things she did. Like when you're sitting on the bed and you're cold, but the bed is hot and you're dying to scratch your back but can't reach, she said turn around, and I'll do that. She came across as very professional and sincere--very sympathetic. From day one, she was very nice to me. She kept my spirits up the entire time I was in the ICU.
