I would like to recognize Belinda. We could not do the weekends without her and the abundance of things she does for us Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. She is always so quick to look up any information for us when we don't have enough attached to the charts of patients. She always answers her phone quickly and emails us back without delay (or too much of a delay). She looks over our charts quickly and informs us of things that were missed and repairs them which makes it easier for the CSS. She is always there for the patients and takes on all or most of the care calls on the weekends when it is usually covered by multiple case managers or therapy during the week. She also makes tons of calls for the telemonitoring program and multiple calls to doctors to help keep patients out of the hospital. We dread the weekends that she is not working because she truly spoils us rotten. No one could truly take her place. She is a true pleasure to work with and I would just like to give her that recognition that I believe she deserves. We could not do it without her!
