I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible care and dedication Nurse Bella Lavi, RN2 has shown, not only to the patients in your care but also to the staff you support. Your ability to balance both responsibilities with such grace and compassion is truly remarkable. 

Mental health care requires a special kind of strength and empathy, and you embody both in abundance. You have been a source of comfort, understanding, and support to those in need, providing a safe and nurturing environment that makes a real difference in the lives of patients. At the same time, your support for the staff around you does not go unnoticed. The way you uplift your colleagues, offering encouragement and teamwork, has created a positive, caring atmosphere that benefits everyone. 

It’s clear that you care deeply about the well-being of everyone in the C8 ward, and your efforts have left a lasting impact. Your kindness, patience, and tireless work are truly inspiring, and I feel so fortunate to have witnessed the compassion you show.
