The day time nurse we had the privilege of having was amazing. Her name was Bernie and her true care, concern, and empathy were unmatched. She always listened, explained and took the extra time to be thorough and thoughtful in providing care. She was always professional and accommodating. She went above and beyond always. We always felt safe and honest while under her care. She always explained what she was doing before doing it and never performed duties in a rush. She would push meds slowly just to minimize any discomfort. She was truly a blessing, and we are so grateful for her.

Bernie was patient, thoughtful, and empathetic in everything she did and in all the care she provided. She helped make this hospital stay a little more bearable and comfortable. Life-changing events like this are scary, and she helped ease those fears with her compassion, attention to detail, and willingness to explain and educate us.
