Bernadette always has a pleasant demeanor. She never rushed her duties. I could tell she had a heavy caseload but always found time to make me, the patient, feel comfortable and that his most urgent needs were addressed immediately. She has been the most amiable, kind, and caring nurse that I have ever encountered during the 20 years I've visited in a hospital.
