Bianca was professional, dedicated, clinically skillful, sensitive, comforting, genuine, courageous, and compassionate beyond her call of duty. I was in a room with a lady that had Alzheimer's. Bianca was gentle and kind to her. She talked nicely to her and tried to make the lady feel better. She was never cross with her.
One day the lady was asked to turn over in bed and because of the pain she had, said she couldn't do it. So, Bianca sat in a chair and waited for the lady's medicine to kick in and played along with the lady when for example she said, "Someone is ringing my doorbell, would you go see who it is?" Bianca said, "OK, be right back." She waited for a second or two and said there was no one there. That seemed to satisfy the lady. Little things like that.
For myself, Bianca was kind, joyful and very caring. Always ready to help and make me feel better.
