I had a triple bypass and Blake was the ICU Nurse on duty when I came out of surgery. The stress my family was experiencing was a tremendous, especially my 20 yr. old daughter since she had to see her 46 yr. old dad going through such a serious surgery. As she entered the ICU room, I think it was a bit more than she had expected. She broke down at the sight of me and that is where Blake took over and really helped my wife and daughter to understand my appearance and what was a normal condition even if the sight of me wasn't the greatest. I obviously had tubes protruding from my mouth and couldn't speak but I could hear and comprehend everything that Blake was saying and telling my loved ones.

I want you all to know that this is one "Gem" of a employee that this hospital should hold in high regard. As I progressed in the ICU, he really made me feel very comfortable and took all the stress and worry off of me and my family-Great Person! He needs to know that he does a wonderful job and in my eyes he is irreplaceable! Thank You for the tremendous care and the experience was great for the circumstance involved and once again-Thank You Blakely!
