Bonnie is a fearless leader who has consistently been given challenging situations that require both expertise and experience to navigate. Our Women’s Services department has gone through tremendous trials over the past few years and it has proved difficult to find long-term solutions to the unique problems we have faced. Within days of Bonnie’s time with us, she created a collective calm and immediately started to build a consistent and trustworthy environment; one that has high standards for performance and truly wants the best for our patients. Bonnie loves being able to positively influence the outcomes of our mothers and babies and seeks to improve, not only their experience but also, the experience of our nurses. She has a passion for excellence and she shares this passion with her young leadership team, helping them achieve success in their roles.
