Bonnie is an amazing nurse and encompasses everything that you would hope for as a trusted medical partner and more! We have 6-month-old twins and Bonnie has come to the rescue with a resolve for our questions or concerns, whether general or urgent, each and every time. She is friendly, listens with concern, and acts quickly to offer us the appropriate recommendation. We have talked to her about topics from skin rashes, to eating, to fevers, and more. I know that we are always in good hands when Bonnie is "on our case". She will almost always ask us to provide an update on how things are going, so it's not a one and done conversation where she simply checks us off the list, rather wants to confirm the situation has been solved. One thing that I especially love about Bonnie is while we normally just talk to her on the phone or through MyChart when we are in the office she will make a point to stop by to say "hi" and see how the twins are doing. This truly shows how much she cares about her patients and our family. Really, what more could you ask for? Our goal as parents is to raise healthy and happy kids and we consider Bonnie as part of our extended family striving to do the same. Thanks Bonnie for all that you do for us, always with a smile.
