My uncle was recently admitted to FMC. He had the good fortune to have one of the best RN's tend to him. I have been in pharmaceutical sales for 20 years and I've seen the best and worst of all medical personnel. Brandi Fraser greeted us with poise, professionalism, and humor. Thoroughly she explained our uncle's condition in layman's terms that we understood. She was very attentive to my uncle as we got ready to exit FMC.
My wife had 3 deaths in her family in the last 6 months and as you can imagine how difficult time this was for us with my uncle being so sick. You can imagine how afraid and concerned we were. We were tired and from out of town and Brandi took care of us as well. She is compassionate, loves what she does, and shows it in how she made us feel. We talked amongst ourselves how great this nurse was to all of our relatives/friends. If I ever go to FMC, I would like to demand Brandi attend me. We were blessed to have met/engaged with her. Brandi is a valuable asset to this organization and should be recognized in front of her peers, for a job well done, just by being herself. Thank You.
