Brenda did so much to help my father. She brought a smile to his face every day she worked. She went out and beyond to talk to him and help him; you have no idea. He had the worst cancer throughout his whole body, and it went to his brain eventually. It was a horrible disease and I would walk in every day at 3 pm and he would be waiting for me and tell me everything that Brenda did for him that day and he would be smiling and so happy. She was not only his nurse, but she was his best friend there.
Eventually, he fell into a coma and it was so hard for me and I'd sit next to the bed every day and she always came in to check on me and we would hold his hand together. The day he passed they asked me at the nurse's station if I wanted to call anyone as I was the only one left in my family and I asked them could they please contact Brenda.
At my father's funeral - we had it at my house, we received the most beautiful floral arrangement from Brenda, and I could see my father smiling. She truly made the last chapter in his life so comfortable and offered such friendship to him and I am truly thankful to have her as my father's nurse and friend.
After he passed away, Brenda has contacted me every week to see how I am doing as it has been very hard for me to go on with life. I wanted to thank her for everything!
You're the Best!
