During my stay, Brendan looked after me on his shift. He said that he would be my nurse for the day. During my time with him, Brendan was very attentive. He had a positive demeanor with me. He also gave me a feeling of security when he would caution me about potential situations and items that I had the right to simply say "no" to if I felt unsafe for any reason. I also felt comfortable enough with him to share stories as well as tell jokes and other assorted witticisms.
At the end of his shift, while Brendan said goodbye, he complimented me on being a nice patient (I try) and making the mood light and (maybe) even fun.
