Brett has been a dedicated member of the RSF team for over 16 years. A clinical coach for 10 years. Brett has been influential in assisting new RSH hires in solidifying their skills and rounding them into excellent teammates. He has been leading the weekend staff in the ED since it opened in 2010.
In a thank you letter from a patient's family member, Brett was described as "amazing. Brett was proactive and requested current medication information and put up with my mom reading them from a list at home."
He shows compassion to his patients and is quick to think through critical situations, always focusing on quality outcomes.
