Brian was our son R's nurse. Brian anticipated R's needs before he asked. Brian cared enough to get to know R to the point of getting R a nicotine patch to help him quit smoking. Brian and R engaged in conversation and whatever they shared, our son spoke to us of how he wanted to change his life for the better. Two things as parents couldn't get through to our son - stop smoking and change his life! We marveled at how Brian performed his duties. He even timed meds making sure R ate before drifting off to sleep after medication. We've seen food trays untouched. Brian helped R eat, feel secure and calmed his fears. Brian is an Extraordinary Nurse!
