Brianda is exceptional in every way. Her bedside manner was a perfect balance of human compassion and professionalism. She was efficient, seamlessly performing so many duties around the bed of my husband, while always demonstrating her willingness to stop and listen to our concerns. It will always be her tender voice that I remember. She was so kind and compassionate to me and my husband. This opened the doors of communication, and led me, as a very distraught wife, to begin to relax and trust the exceptional care of BSA. She explained each procedure as she performed them and consistently inquired if there was anything she could do for us before leaving the room. I know this is standard procedure for everyone who has contact with patients and their family members, but Brianda did it with heart, joining word and deed together in every encounter with us. I know nursing is one of the highest callings, and I am truly thankful that Brianda answered the calling on her life.
