I shared two complex patients with Brianna recently. One patient had a challenging discharge with many DME orders. Brianna was incredibly proactive in communicating both with physicians and the case management team so that the patient could go home as planned.
The next day, she had a very sick patient with liver disease whose blood pressures were constantly in the 70-80's/50's. She went above and beyond to obtain a consent from an MPOA who was essentially across the country, while at the same time stabilizing the patient. All of her care was timely and she advocated for her patients. She was an absolutely invaluable part of the team and I felt grateful to have her. Brianna is a breath of fresh air! Always helpful, always smiling.
