Britney has been my day nurse while in the BACU. Every time she comes in she is kind, encouraging and very upbeat. She uses terms like "rock star" when talking about healing and progress, which makes me feel like my healing is going well. She goes out of her way to provide us with information. If she doesn't know the answer to your question she will research or somehow find the answer! She has a very natural and affirming manner that makes me feel at home and at the same time feel as well taken care of as I could possibly be.
Britney has a quiet confidence that allows me to trust in what she is doing; she is friendly and kind. I feel blessed to have her as my care provider. No matter how busy Britney might be she always keeps her composure and takes great care of her patients (me). Thank you, Britney!
