Britta Kiragis is a heaven sent angel, she is beyond fantastic. Her professionalism was at a superior level, her caring was heartfelt and appreciated. I knew my uncle was in the right place when I saw Britta in the midst of making sure all the tubes and lines were correct, brushed back my uncle's hair on his forehead and whispered in his ear, "It is all ok."
