A young family traveled from Texas to visit a sick relative here at Methodist North. They had purchased a round trip bus ticket for two adults and an infant. When their visit ended they did not have a way or money to get to the bus station. They had checked the taxi fees and it was going to be too expensive. The patient told the nurse about the situation and the nurse, Brittany, was able to get them a ride with Uber, using her account. Very quickly they were packed up, said their goodbyes and by the time they got to the front entrance, their driver was here. They made it to the bus station and then home to Texas without any problems.
