Brittany is a person who goes above and beyond for her patients. She has been a constant smiling face and positive mentor during my year here at TRH. I have watched her on multiple occasions take the extra time to explain procedures, talk with family and listen to concerns of the patient. Brittany is an advocate and will always speak up if something is not right. I know as a PCT that when I am working along with her I can ask for help at any time and she will come without complaints. She will stay after if needed and come in on days off. Brittany is an extraordinary person inside and out and treats every person with respect no matter what. Even on stressful and busy days, she remains calm and you know you can always rely on her. She is compassionate, and I truly feel she gives the best care possible to her patients. As a nursing student, I hope to graduate and be as genuine, hardworking and encouraging as Brittany Cross!
