Miss Briant is an outstanding Nurse and she's very reliable! She's one of our staffing scheduling chairpersons, one of our auditors on interdisciplinary plan of care, member of falls committee, CAUTI committee champion for the unit, member of the SICU committee, and one of our auditors for Patient Care Daily monitoring. She is a charge nurse, facilitates transfers, admissions and care for our heroes everyday with compassion and delivers care with a smile. She is always in pursuit of perfection in her everyday practice. She has perfect attendance, zero falls and zero hospital acquired pressure ulcers. She was selected to visit with the Magnet Surveyors and represent the unit during the 2014 Magnet Site Visit. She received her CCRN this year. She is a member of the AACN, ANA, Houston AACN local chapter. She gives back to the community by volunteering and performing countless of community service hours a year with her sorority and has volunteered with giving education at health seminars in the community with her sorority. She volunteers with her local church weekly. She is committed to providing the highest quality of care to the veterans. She by far is an outstanding nurse!
