As a Patient Care Director and nurse leader for many years, I see Brooke's compassion, connection, and commitment. She is always willing to help support other staff. She remains positive and demonstrates leadership skills. Brooke always smiles and never complains. If an issue arises she does what is needed to reach a resolution. Even when not acting in the charge RN role, she always tells her team members not to worry, she will help. She is resourceful, respectful, and reliable, often leaving at 3:30 PM and returning for another shift at 11 PM to support her team, and take care of patients. Brooke is energetic and enthusiastic while remaining empathetic to her patients. When you round on patients under her care they always express how kind and caring she is. If she says she will find something out, she does. If she says she will be right back, she is. Brooke is well respected by her peers and is truly a skilled sincere nurse, who demonstrates role model characteristics.
