Brooke is absolutely wonderful! I know that my patients are in great hands when I need her assistance. I truly trust that she is doing everything possible to ensure that our patients continue to receive the most excellent care even after they are discharged home. Just recently, there was a child who was admitted to the hospital who has a chronic condition and requires a higher level of care. In addition, this family was actually visiting from another country and lived in Australia. Brooke went above and beyond for this family! She not only assisted them with their routine needs, but she also found out that the patient did not have a CPT vest at home and understood that this device would be of great benefit. She called the appropriate representative and ensured that the patient would have this device, in Australia, as soon as they were able to go home. She did this out of pure compassion for the welfare of this patient. She did not have a doctor's order for this but rather utilized her resources to ensure that the patient was receiving the most appropriate equipment for the betterment of their wellbeing. She went above the ordinary to help this family the best way she knew how! She is an absolute joy to work with and I'm glad to call her my peer.
