My wife and I would like to thank Bunleng for being a caring, helpful, kind, and understanding caregiver/nurse. It’s never a good thing to be admitted to the hospital. But Bunleng listened to me, met my needs during a difficult time, and quickly reacted. When I was in need of my medication, she was so encouraging and assured me. She let me know if I needed anything to call out. Bunleng is so knowledgeable and was able to answer my and my wife’s questions. She moved me to a cooler room to help make me more comfortable. She was here and my nurse for the first 3 days of my admission. It’s been a tough few days, but Bunleng made it a bit nicer. She was meant to cross my path – she cares. I appreciate her. I believe she made the difference in how I’m dealing today.
