We had a woman come in around 7:15 pm close to when we closed. She had been volunteering at the Salvation Army with flood victims all day. She wasn't feeling well and finally came to Urgent Care with a bad UTI. When she was finished, she phoned her husband to pick her up. He had thought she was getting a ride home and was in another town. She was frantic about how she was going to get her medicine. We were closing in 20 min and her husband was on his way to Branson to pick her up but wasn't going to make it here, then to the pharmacy in time.
Caitlin said that she could run her up to the pharmacy. She called her husband so he could pick her up from there. Caitlin got her in her car, took her to the pharmacy and got back before we closed. The patient was very grateful.
