Our ninety three year old mother was in Caitlin's care as she faced the end of her life. In spite of our mother's unresponsiveness, Caitlin treated her with the utmost respect and dignity by talking to her and explaining what she would be doing such as turning mother's position in bed, warming her with a blanket, swabbing her mouth, or putting moisturizer on her cracked lips. Caitlin went above and beyond our expectations as she sat with our mother when we would leave for any length of time so she would not be alone during the dying process.

Caitlin also met our needs of comfort as we sat vigil by mother's bedside; providing us with refreshments, a cot, blankets, comfortable chairs, and a shoulder to cry on. Words cannot express the gratitude we feel for Caitlin's care and compassion.
