I was admitted to Labor and Delivery after my water broke for the start of my labor. From the start of my visit, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was in labor for 7 hours with no cervical change and decels in baby's heart rate. Caitlin talked me through the fear of having to have a C-section. She kept me talking and made me feel safe, I was terrified and she helped me continuously find the light in the situation. My nurses switched back and forth during shifts but I always looked forward to when Caitlin was my nurse. She answered every small, big, dumb, and genuine questions I had with a smile. She definitely made not only my first long-term stay in a hospital but my first delivery/C-section an unforgettable week.
