Candace Diel comes to work with an extremely bright and positive attitude every day. Candace is very caring, compassionate and smart nurse. She always has her patient's best interest in mind and makes them all feel like they are her only patient. She frequently receives compliments from patients and their families. She excels in every aspect of the job. Sometimes works as a charge nurse role where she is well respected by all the MD's and nursing staff. Always willing to help anyone at the drop of the dime whether it is take an extra patient or participate in helping with hospital wide initiatives. She also serves as preceptor where she welcomes our new staff and makes them feel comfortable in the new role. She exemplifies what great nursing is by the excellent care she gives, her ability to multi-task, and the way she makes everyone around her feel.
