Candace has an amazing ability to soothe my daughter. She goes above and beyond to not only care for A, but she also cares for me. She has dried many of my tears. She is always willing to go out of her way to help put my mind at ease. For example, I needed to leave to get some sleep, but A was supposed to start feeding again and the doctor had not come by for the day. Candace went out of her way to find the doctor, calculated the amount for the feed and got the bottle so I could feed her before I left. She knew I wouldn't leave until I fed her and I needed sleep, so she made it happen. She was as excited as I was to see her eat again. I can list hundreds of examples of how she has gone above and beyond. Every day she is with A (or in her pod), I know it will be a good day. We were blessed the day Candace accepted A as one of her primary babies. Candace has proven day in and day out that she has a true compassion for the babies as well as the parents. She has amazing nursing skills and a huge heart! I fully believe she puts the best interest of our child above everything else.
