She gave my family and me a sense of comfort in knowing our baby boy was in great hands. She showed compassion and love during the time my son spent in the NICU.
My son was admitted to the NICU shortly after giving birth, because he had passed meconium while in utero. As a new mom, I was scared and had so many 'what if' thoughts filling my head. The moment I was able to see my son, Caree was there. She was the reason my mind was put to ease. I was in the mother baby unit without my baby, and it completely broke my heart. Caree answered every question, every concern my partner and I had. She would update me on every little thing, because she knew reassurance was what I needed. Her care was specifically for my son, but she extended that care to my partner and me. She gave my family and me a sense of comfort in knowing our baby boy was in great hands. She showed compassion and love during the time my son spent in the NICU. When I got discharged from the hospital, the updates never stopped. She was quick to call and tell me all of E's progress and as an anxious new mom, I'm forever grateful for the little things she had done for my family and me.
Caree is the kind of nurse you hope to have when you're admitted to the hospital and we were fortunate to be in her care. Thank you for taking great care of my sweet baby. We are so so thankful!
