We have been getting treatment for about 3 years here at Mercy. Carin always remembers who we are. She treats everyone in the unit with cheerful kindness and graciousness. Her co-workers always come to Carin for guidance and she is meticulous in asking for clarification without ever making generalizations or assumptions about patient health and well-being.
