Her team covers one of the most challenging areas in City and Hackney, dealing with complex patient cases. Despite these challenges, Carla manages to treat and support these patients effectively, demonstrating her commitment to high-quality care.
Moreover, Carla has fostered unity within her team, providing unwavering support to each member. This collaborative environment has resulted in remarkable achievements, including a reduction in pressure ulcers, fewer complaints, and improved appointment outcomes and PDRs.
