Carlie was my night nurse both nights of my stay after I delivered my baby girl. Her compassion and willingness to help me made our stay so much better! I was breastfeeding and every night our baby would go through a phase where she seemed to forget how to latch. She would start crying uncontrollably and nothing I did would help. Carlie spent almost an hour and a half in my room with me teaching me different techniques to try. She never once acted like I was inconveniencing her or taking up too much of her time. She kept me sane during a very challenging time. When she could tell I was struggling with tears in my eyes she would take my baby and try rocking or bouncing around with her to give me a little break. I wanted so badly to be able to breastfeed and if it weren't for Carlie during those rough hours at night, I probably would have given up and asked for a formula bottle.
Thanks to her I am still happily breastfeeding and using the techniques she showed me! She always had a smile on her face and made sure me, my fiancé, and our baby had everything we needed and were comfortable! We appreciate everything she did for us and if we ever have another baby we hope she is working so we can request her to ensure we have another great experience! We can't thank you enough Carlie!
