I want to bring to your attention the outstanding service given to my mom tonight. Carlos was kind and explained what he was doing and what was going on, so not only my mom knew what was happening so did the family. I appreciate him checking on her, giving her great care. My mom is 80-years-old and has a hard time hearing. He not only raised his voice for her to hear, he made sure he was looking at her when he spoke. His attention to detail, kindness shown and has been informative, is truly appreciated. I could not ask for better treatment. He exceeded my expectation of what a nurse should do and act. To say thank you does not seem to be enough for his outstanding service. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom.
