Carly's attitude and professionalism were exemplary, and I have become used to this high quality of service at the INTEGRIS systems. Nurse Fuget not only ministered to all of my physical needs but there was just something special, something over and beyond your normal services. Her kindness and gentleness and her eagerness to make absolutely sure that anything I could have needed or even wanted was generally anticipated. But the distinguishing part of my experience was not as much of what she did but how she made me feel. "I was special" with the normal anxieties of a sudden illness and a hospital stay, Carly made me feel calm and peaceful. It was something about her spirit. Her confidence was somehow transferred to me and I was grateful. I only wish there was a Carly on every floor!
