Carmen was the light in the dark. She’s been a constant during this unknown and scary time.
My 78-year-old grandmother, R, was diagnosed in 2023 with breast cancer. She was so scared. She underwent two major surgeries, 15 rounds of radiation, and three different medications. Carmen was the light in the dark. She’s been a constant during this unknown and scary time. She has gone above and beyond to care for my nan not only physically but also emotionally/mentally. She’s taken the time to get to know my nan and me on a more personal level. My nan used to be scared to come to appointments, but she always looks forward to seeing Carmen. I am so thankful for her. She has been a strong advocate for my nan during her treatment. I don’t think we would be here today with the positive attitude we have without Carmen. Thank you. You deserve all the praise in the world. With love and thanks.
