Carol is the most valued member of our Breast Center Team. Her 34 years of commitment to the Breast Center is truly astonishing. She is knowledgeable and our most experienced staff member. She values patient interactions and strives to provide the best care possible. She is exceptionally patient-focused and conveys her trust, care and knowledge to patients in a compassionate way. She anticipates patient needs, barriers to care, and works to alleviate any obstacles.
Carol is generous with her time and volunteers to work on her days off when we are short-staffed. She supports the Breast Center Team and encourages and supports the nurses' training and education, fostering our RN teams' knowledge and growth. It is apparent that Carol wants the Breast Center to succeed. She works to support her team members and makes sure everyone is doing an excellent job.
Carol approaches each patient situation with respect and compassion, she utilizes her advanced nursing skills appropriately with patient triaging, provider communication and demonstrates critical thinking in to improve clinical workflows and processes.

Carol has unwavering commitment to our patients with young women's Breast Cancer. She brings a deep compassion and kindness to these young women that immediately helps relieve their anxiety and fear.
Carol gives an outstanding level of support to her team of providers, always going above and beyond to make sure we are functioning at our best and doing everything we can to deliver outstanding cutting-edge care.
Carol demonstrates unwavering loyalty and commitment to the Breast Center staff and patients, willing to shoulder significant adversity and persevere through enormous challenging work conditions all while maintaining a compassionate devotion to her patients.
Carol is generous with her knowledge and readily takes the time to teach staff new to the Breast Center the ins and outs of Breast Cancer and the impact it has not only on our patients but their families as well.
Carol is the "Go to Registered Nurse" in the Breast Center to gain information, advice regarding the best approach to care for patients, understanding the inner workings of EPIC, treatment plans and answering the myriad of questions patients present to us daily.
Carol can be counted on to learn new processes and be an advocate for the change to improve patient safety, satisfaction and comfort.
