Carol has been fantastic. She understands customer satisfaction. She not only does a great job of getting blood samples on the 1st stick but took great care to ensure that the patient's needs were met and exceeded. She has very little wasted effort and all with a very visible sign of joy in her job.

My wife must have her Magnesium checked 2 x per week and subsequent Mg infusion 50% of the time. Carol is a frequent administrator of those processes. These are my observations: Carol provides exceptional care, service, and consideration. She is considerably concerned about the comfort and well being of her patients, visitors, and co-workers. By the way, her co-workers hold her in high-esteem.

Every time I go to the Infusion Center, Carol greets me with a hug and settles me in with remarkable friendliness and caring. I am ultra-comfortable and confident in her care. The best care and attitude of all the other nurses caring for me in the last 60+ years!

Words simply can't express or describe the level of care and dedication my mother received during her 7-8 hour infusion at Southview Medical Center. Mom has extensive medical issues and requires one on one care at times. Carol and Rebecca and the other devoted nurses and caregivers provided mother quality care in a loving environment. During her infusion mother began having an unfavorable reaction. She could not have been in better hands. Carol and Rebecca called her prescribing physician and together kept disaster at bay. They even stayed long after the facility closed to complete mothers infusion. The personalized care was amazing - from warm blankets and snacks to kind conversation. On her 2nd infusion mother was greeted by Carol with more warm blankets and an arm massage to make the "one stick" happen. Thank you again for your superior care.
