Carole started her nursing journey as a member of the final graduating class of MMC’s School of Nursing and went on to earn a Bachelor’s of Nursing degree.

Over the years, Carole has always demonstrated a passion for learning and honed her skills and expertise throughout her career. From staff nurse to head nurse, and most significantly as a case manager on the Todd 6 East Orthopedic Unit, she has consistently excelled. She is an invaluable asset to her colleagues and is revered for her 50 years of service at MMC, which provided her with unparalleled knowledge and a unique perspective on patient care. Her expertise is evident in her clinical judgment and ability to navigate the most complex patient situations with grace and efficiency.
