During my first health-related stay, one RN went above and beyond all expectations. Carolina was like a ray of sunshine walking into the room when I felt apprehensive about my stay. While everyone on the staff made a difference, she stood out for her incredible patience and attentiveness. She consistently checked on me and ensured I understood my care plan.
Her knowledge about my procedure was impressive, and she took the time to share that information with me. She communicated clearly what to expect and was a tremendous source of comfort and support. One specific moment that stands out is when I had difficulty breathing. She took extra effort to address that issue by advocating with my doctor regarding my medications.
