Caroline takes great care of our members and has stood the test of time and has worked with KP for MANY years. Through thick and thin, she remains a positive force within this organization and not only takes exceptional care of our members but also offers tremendous support to her colleagues. She is so very valuable to this company and is not only deserving of this award but should be recognized by leadership as embodying the type of care KP has advertised all these years. She is undoubtedly one of the greatest medical providers this company has ever seen!

As far as patient care, we had a shared patient with a complex medical history including Down’s Syndrome. She and her mother were extremely picky about whom they saw and allowed to take care of her. Caroline was this member’s chosen PCP and took such excellent care of her and put her and her mom at ease.

On a personal note, when I was stressed to the max in primary care and ready to just walk away from the profession altogether, Caroline was there to talk me off the ledge. She has been there for countless colleagues also struggling. She would spend her breaks, lunch, and after-hours counseling and assisting her co-workers even when she, herself was struggling. She is just one of those all-around amazing providers and colleagues.
