Cassie has always put the best interest of patients first. She is willing to help the ER staff anytime.
On one night shift in the ER, we had a heavy load of patients that required all of our attention. At the same time, we had 2 patients on the floor. One of these patients required medications, medical attention, cleaning and reassuring throughout the night. Cassie came to the ER and volunteered to manage the patient on the floor. She took care of all of the patient's needs. This demonstrated great teamwork with the ER staff. Cassie showed concern for the staff and patients, including those in the ER. Her actions demonstrated professionalism, quality patient care for all of the patients, respect for the staff and patients by providing the best service and care possible.
We always appreciate working with Cassie. The patients love her as a nurse. With her years of experience, she is an excellent resource for all staff.
