Cassie was the ED project Lead for Clinical Documentation and works the evening shift in the ED. Her dedication and enthusiasm for this project was tangible to everyone from start to finish - she made this transition very seamless for us.
She consistently shines as a leader and is truly authentic in her communication with not just the team, but also our patients and families. I observe her consistently providing our patients and families with the kindest care - making them feel as if they are her only patients. Cassie regularly creates an atmosphere of positivity and safety by providing open channels of communication and reaching out to those she feels may need help.
She actively rounds with her team during her downtime - allowing her team the ability to provide great care as well. Her ability to help staff through change management is phenomenal and she quickly is able to identify barriers and help people process changes easily and in a positive way!
