I am the Patient Experience Coordinator at Hillcrest Claremore, and I didn't want anyone to know what my job title was. I wanted to experience the care I received as a patient at HHS. Everyone provided great care, and then there was Cate'. Cate' went above and beyond. She was so kind, and you could tell she loves helping others. Cate' always came in with a smile and always made sure my pain control was addressed and took care of anything else I needed before she left the room. Cate' treated me as though I was a part of her family.

Cate' definitely has the right job of taking care of others because you can definitely tell it comes from her heart. I thank you Cate'.
