Cathy goes above and beyond to provide exceptional patient care to the patient, as well as embracing the family and addressing the needs of everyone involved.

On one occasion, Cathy cared for a patient who was a Lifelink donor and worked tediously to make sure the delicate process of getting the patient to the OR was seamless. She spent extra time with the family while keeping the hemodynamics stable in order to make the transition to the OR. She cares for every patient like they are her family member.

Cathy embraces every new employee and is always willing to walk them through the steps of any questions they may have.

If I, or any of my family members, are ever in ICU - I will request she be the nurse. Her patients are always better after she spends 12 hours with them.
