Cathy Bish is a true DAISY Nurse. I have been here at Einstein 7 times in the past 2 years. I've had many, many nurses take care of me. They were all wonderful, but Cathy Bish takes the cake. No one, but no one could surpass her.
Let's start by mentioning just a few of her many talents. Cathy is always smiling. If I need to ring the call light, she is there immediately and always smiling and pleasant. Nothing is a problem for her. She is very respectful. I have never asked for anything that Cathy could not take care of quickly.
As I didn't know I was coming to the hospital, I had no money on me, so Cathy called Customer Relations and had my TV turned on. I could go on and on about Cathy and how she took good care of me, but there is not enough paper in the world to write it on.
I do hope you consider this nomination since I think she is so deserving of the award.
