Cathy's level of care was amazing! She was thorough from handwashing to assessments. My mother took a turn for the worst, and Cathy was right there to advocate for her. She quickly called for orders and administered medications to stabilize my mom. All the while she remained friendly and reassuring. When it took a while to get answers and hear from a physician in the department, we became anxious. Cathy advocated for my mom and for our family during a very stressful time. WE have met some amazing providers on my mom's journey with cancer and its associated complications: Cathy was the best. Thinking of how she stayed late to make sure we were OK and truly cared for all of us brings tears to my eyes.
