I don't even know where to begin. Cecille, one of my Clinical Nurse Specialists, has been amazing since day one!

Her help and support have been invaluable throughout my treatment at Mount Vernon.  She has always shown me the utmost respect and kindness, along with the patience of a saint, with all my text messages! Her jovial, bubbly nature makes her that more endearing and easy to get on with. I feel totally at ease asking or telling her anything. She is always smiling, which makes a world of difference to how I feel.

My husband has also found her help indispensable. She has always taken time out to answer his queries and reassure us both about any issues we may have concerning my health and or treatment.

Cecillie has restored my faith in the NHS and needs to be celebrated. If I could nominate her for a holiday of a lifetime or more, I would, so I hope this nomination for the DAISY award will be seriously considered. It is a small token of my and my family's immense appreciation for everything she has done over the years.
